Laser Cutting.

Laser cutting works by focusing the beam of a high-power laser onto the surface of the material. The size of the focused laser spot is very small which enables highly acurate cutting of intricate designs, with minimal wastage.

     
        

Gas Profile Cutting.

Gas profile cutting breaks into two categories of Oxy Acetylene and Plasma cutting. These cutting methods enable cutting of larger/thicker materials but items do require final finishing.



Water Jet Cutting.

Water Jet Cutting is a process where water and an abrasive are ejected from an extremely high pressure nozzle in an fine stream delivering accurate cutting of intricate designs . This method of cutting uses no heat so is particularly useful when cutting parts that would be affected by thermal distortion. .
